Euroquip tyre warmers are constructed using the very latest materials and manufacturing methods.
These warmers provide a fast, safe and reliable method of getting tyres up to race temperature.

Each warmer is made up of an element-carrier which retains the silicon-insulating element and its thermostat or temperature sensor.
A layer of polyester provides thermal insulation to prevent heat loss, and ensures rapid heating of the tyre.
A final outer layer is pre-formed to fit the shape of each tyre, with draw cords and quick-release adjustable buckles to hold the warmer securely in place.

Dependent on tyre size, from 650 watts down to as little as 125 watts per warmer

Silicon-insulated spiral-wound resistance element

Pre-set to 75 or 85 degrees C
LAE electronic controls for accuracy and ability to adjust in one degree intervals up to 90 degrees C

Operation lights

All insulated tyre warmers are fitted with neon indication lights to show when warmers are operating
Electronic controllers have their own LED display showing 'power on', set temperature and actual temperature.

All tyre warmers are tested in accordance with Low Voltage Directives and are CE marked accordingly.
